About me

My name is Timi and I am passionate about sustainable living.

We, as a family started our ‘zero waste’ journey after our son, Max was born. We were astonished by the amount of disposable nappies we had to throw away every day. Soon after transitioning to cloth nappies, we got rid of all disposable products in our house, and 9 months down the line, we were able to completely unsubscribe from bin services to our home.

Since then, I have been featured in major publications such as the Irish Examiner and Greennews.ie, in addition to appearing on Eco Eye, Ireland’s longest running environmental programme. I have given several talks on eco-friendly habits and Zero Waste Living at different forums from the Earth Baby Fair to LinkedIn’s headquarters in Dublin.

My educational background is in Economics and I hold a Masters in Regional Development.

Currently I volunteer both for the Cloth Nappy Library Ireland and the Conscious Cup Campaign.
